My journey to leadership and strategy started early. I was lucky to grow within teams led by women who were excited by innovation, growth, and the courage to try new things… or they just let younger me dream big…

We’ve come a long way since then, and I've learned a lot of lessons. Those experiences taught me how powerful aligned communication, accountability, and supportive leadership can be — especially in mission-driven environments.

Over the years, I’ve learned how to balance grounded, practical action with curiosity and solution-focused problem solving. I feel called to work that supports healing, growth, and offers a meaningful impact on the world. This is why the opportunity to join the Sarah Baldwin Coaching team is one I’m so excited about.

Leading Through Empowerment & Alignment

Over the last 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of leading a diverse range of teams. It’s in these experiences that I learned one of my most valuable lessons…. empowering others is the magic behind meaningful results. I’ve let that secret drive my leadership style and whether it's leading cross functional teams —marketing, sales, and client success— or collaborating directly with CEO’s, I know that fostering understanding, accountability, and integrity, empowers us all.

Most of my time has been spent in growing orginizations where I learned the value of being able to wear multiple hats and pivot without loosing your progress. Though working in multiple departments and supporting all components of community education, I learned that people do their best work when they feel understood, supported, and trusted. My leadership and community managmenet style reflects that. I’m direct, warm, and solution focused. I listen closely to my team and community memebers, identify ways clear roadblocks quickly, and help set realistic expectations so we move as one aligned mission.

I’m confident in my ability to manage a lot of moving parts and stay zoomed out to keep a clear overview of the busiensses progress & daily activities. But I’m also the kind of leader who doesn’t mind jumping in on small tasks to support the team and keep the projects flowing. I value structure, and it’s also important to me to keep flexability for my team to be creative and sucessful in thier own individual ways.

Guided by Data Grounded in Strategy

I value using data markets because it makes everything clearer — especially in high-growth, high-emotion environments like therapy, coaching, and wellness. Whether I’m planning a launch, improving a workflow, or tracking KPIs, I look for patterns, trends, and insights that help the team make confident decisions.

Over the last several years, I’ve built dashboards, automated processes, and developed metrics systems that help teams understand what was working, what needed attention, and how to plan the next steps with intention. I’ve overseen marketing funnels, email sequencing, tracked KPIs, created client experiences, and ran operational audits.

I like to break big ideas down into steps people can effiecently follow, and I’m good at seeing how a little operational shift can impact another area of the business. That’s been especially helpful when managing launches, where timing, communication, and quality control all have to work in sync.

Its my goal to bring adaptability, innovation, and collaboration to a team by building systems that not only drive performance but also empower teams to make confident, informed decisions.

  • Operational Systems: Creating SOPs, optimizing workflows, building structure for scaling, and maintaining operational alignment.

  • Team Leadership: team management, leadership planning, compassionate accountability, conflict navigation, and cross-functional alignment

  • Data & Analytics: KPI tracking, performance insights, forecasting, and translating data into actionable plans

  • Quality Control: Reviewing assets, catching gaps early, ensuring technical readiness, and maintaining consistency across touchpoints

  • Customer Experience: Understanding client needs, mapping user journeys, and working closely with community and support teams to strengthen retention
